Child must be between the ages of 4 and 13 (campers will remain within their age group throughout the day)
School tuition/fees for HOLY NAME families MUST be paid in full before camp sessions begin
NOTE:
A $100 deposit MUST be submitted with the Reg. form NO LATER than April 1st to guarantee a placement (space will be limited) and to avoid a $25 registration fee.
Registration will be open to the parish and outside community.
Afternoon snacks will be included w/ a drink.
Lunches must be provided by parents.
There will be NO REFUND after camp is in session, unless a medical reason is provided with appropriate documentation.
Fees MUST be paid in full by June 1st or enrollment will be CANCELLED.
Late pick-up fee MUST be paid at the door.
The flat rate for before and after camp services MUST be paid in advance. A payment plan is NOT an option.
A set of required documents will be issued for completion once a registration form AND fee is submitted
